How to stop losing in life.

losing

Having a losing tactic in life will make sure that you end up losing. It’s as easy as that yet most people don’t seem to realize this. They have this kind of tactic in life and end up complaining all the time. Life seems so unfair to them but how can one blame life?! What does life have to do with the fact that you have the wrong tactics? Why blame life about things that are in your control? You act like some things aren’t in your control while in reality, they are. This is a bad tactic on its own, something goes wrong and you blame life instead of learning a lesson. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. You try to look perfect on Instagram and take this approach when it comes to real-life but this isn’t suitable for real life. There are no fake filters in life and you’re either trying to win or avoiding to the losing streak. Guess where most people end up. They end up in the avoidance group.

How to stop losing in life.

How does one stop losing in life? The answer is pretty easy. You stop doing what the majority of people do. Because guess what… do what people who lose do and you end up.. losing. It’s that easy. The majority of people just do what they’ve been told without ever questioning the methods. It’s the “keep your hands up and walk forward” way of teaching. That approach will turn it into a numbers game. It turns into Russian roulette while it shouldn’t be. The “you win some, you lose some” tactic is a 50/50 approach. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not telling you that you’ll win every time. That’s impossible, you need to lose in order to grow in life but losing 85% of the time is far from necessary.

The losing tactic and vice versa.

I’ve found some ways to decrease the loss percentage. I already gave away the first one. Stop doing what most people do. Most people do the same, they live for Friday and hate Monday. Just stop doing that shit! Stop doing shit you hate! You’d be a lot happier if you loved what you did! I mean why not hate your off day instead of your working days? A different approach with extremely different results.

Learn from other people’s mistakes and stop losing.

We all make mistakes in life and there are people who’ve lived longer than you and made mistakes you shouldn’t make anymore. I always try to figure out what life lessons people have to share. Because these lessons make me progress faster in life. That’s the reason why I have a podcast. I interview successful people (mostly fighters) about life and actively seek out the lessons they have to share. In this way, I can kind of get ahead of people who prefer to spend all their time on stuff that doesn’t really benefit them. Actively seeking out this kind of mentorship drastically improved my life.

It’s a good idea but it takes time because I had already built a name for myself online before I started my podcast. It’s also not easy because a lot of fighters (especially MMA) hate doing podcasts because they already have to do so much media.

You can reach out to people, read their blogs, read autobiographies and so on. Do this and you’ll be lightyears ahead of people who’re still binge-watching funny cat videos.

Go out and live life.

Playing it safe will get you nowhere in life. Well, it will get you places but it won’t get you where you want to be. Playing it safe is the easiest path to mediocrity. I’m not telling you to take stupid risks! I’m telling you to take calculated risks. Well kind off, you can’t predict everything that’s life going to throw at you but you can predict a bit. You can, for example, quit your job, have some unexpected expenses and still be fine. It might suck at first but whining won’t help you. It will hold you down. Just accept what happened, learn from it and move on. It’s, win or learn not win or cry and give up.

There is nothing to gain from working from 9 to 5 until 65. Well unless you really love what you do! Then there is gain but otherwise, you’ll waste 40+ years of your life. Go out and live life! It’s a giant adventure and you’ll have so much more to talk about. You’ll feel more fulfilled! So what are you afraid of? What is there to lose? The answer should be nothing because all the fears you’ve got are made up in your mind and will most likely never even happen.

Forget about schools they give you a losing streak.

I have a saying that goes like this: break the rules and beat the fools. It basically means that following the rules won’t get you anywhere. Following the rules get you to where all the other people who follow the rules get. Then you’ll get passed by someone who broke the rules and you’ll complain it’s not fair. This entitled attitude will get you nowhere in life. A lot of people have this attitude these days and it hurts them big time. You don’t deserve anything, you earn it by working for it!

Also, the rules are there to keep you limited. Most of those rules don’t even make sense and aren’t rules at all. Their just beliefs that have been ingrained in society and that everybody seems to follow. Stuff like you need a degree to be successful. Who said that?! And who believes that? Most people with a degree, work for people without a degree. Stuff to think about.

The end of the losing streak.

I think we all hit rock bottom at one point in life and I definitely see the benefits of hitting rock bottom. That’s the perfect place to stop losing because you just faced giant- or multiple smaller losses. Nobody will have expectations of you so it’s the perfect time to stack up wins again. Most people see rock bottom as a point of no return for me this is the perfect opportunity to start building a solid foundation. It should be the same for you. Everything is possible if you put your mind to it. This shouldn’t be any different!

In conclusion: You won’t have a perfect life but you can minimize losses in life by taking away some things from this blog.

Till next time
