A man walks into a coffee shop.
He wants a latte but can’t decide.
The barista asks what he wants.
“I don’t know. Just not black coffee.”
The barista walks away.
Shop’s packed.
He remembered one thing.
The man got black coffee.
Most people do this with their body, their career, their relationships.
They’re very clear about what they don’t want.
Zero clarity on what they do.
That’s not a plan.
That’s a complaint with a gym membership.
Fighters do it with nutrition all the time. “I don’t want a hard cut.” “I don’t want to feel flat on fight night.”
Cool. So what do you want?
Define the outcome. Build the structure. Adjust when reality pushes back.
That’s the whole game.
If you don’t define it, you don’t get to be surprised.
I work with fighters on nutrition across the full camp — not just the week before weigh-ins when the panic sets in.
If you have a fight booked and want a plan instead of a guess, reach out.
