The reason why you failed at boosting your testosterone

There are people who fail boosting their testosterone and they don't seem to get why. So what’s the reason behind their failure?

Some people fail to boost their testosterone and they don’t seem to get why. So what’s the reason behind their failure? You can still have low testosterone when you’re doing everything according to the books. Have you ever read my story? I was already eating healthy at that time but the low testosterone still occurred. Weird isn’t it? I did already a lot right but I still got a burnout and I was already depressed. Recently I’ve found the reason why I had success and others didn’t.

A guy came to me and asked what he was allowed to eat and so on. He needed to lose weight and his testosterone was lower than mine at the lowest point. I gave him everything he needed but he’s back to zero at the moment. I had a slight feeling that it would fail to be honest. You can do whatever you want but you have to go to one 100% to make it. You won’t make it if you’re in it for 99.9%. It sucks but it’s true and that the reason why most people fail.

Let’s take a look at the reason why you could fail as well.

You won’t like the reason

The reason is simple: you’re not trying to improve your mindset. That’s a freaking important part then it comes to boosting testosterone. Yes, you’ll need to read self- development books to grow. But why do I need to do this? Easy because it will make sure that you’re less prone to stressors from the outside.  You’ll make the right choices instead of the wrong ones. You’ll always be back at the start if you’re not taking the right path.

That guy made the wrong choices. He kept on chasing women because he thought that his testosterone would make him more dominant. He kept on screwing around in a job that he didn’t like. But he wouldn’t have chased women if he had the right mindset and he would have quit his job. Those two things would have made it easier to get to the finish. High testosterone will make it easier to get out of your comfort zone but in the end, you won’t be able to pull it off without the right mindset.

I know what you’re thinking: Alex you’re right but why haven’t you told him those things?

The reason why I shouldn’t have told it

Yes, I’ve told him all these things right from the start because those were the things that got him there in the first place. He just didn’t want to hear those things. His ego couldn’t handle the things that I said. That’s the painful reason why he’ll fail over and over again. You need to push the ego aside and change things when you’re going in the wrong direction. Facing a burn out isn’t the right direction in my opinion. In the end, you’ve got to decide what you want in life but  I would aim towards a better mindset.

That’s the reason why I succeeded and you failed. Do I need to tell you more? I don’t think so.

    Been out of the game for a while but I’d imagine worrying about girls all the time would be stressful in itself which in turn lowers T too.

    The mind is such an amazing and powerful thing

      Yeah you’re right. I made the same mistake in the past and you’ll get extremely depressed and anxious at the same time. Yeah the mind is pretty complex but so interesting to investigate
