There are people who fail boosting their testosterone and they don’t seem to get why. So what’s the reason behind their failure? You can still have low testosterone when you’re doing everything according to the books. Have you ever read my story? I was already eating healthy at that time but the low testosterone still occurred. Weird isn’t it? I did already a lot right but I still got a burn out and I was already in a depressed state. Recently I’ve found the reason on why I had success and others didn’t.
Ever tried a pre workout shake? Most guys who work out have been taking pre workouts. A pre workout is damn popular in the fitness scene since they give you energy. But can they affect your testosterone? The mainstream pre workouts just give you an itching face due to the beta alanine, a feeling I generally hated. After a while you get used to the shakes and you need to take some time off. Aren’t there better alternatives? Or even natural less sugary tasting alternatives?
Recently I noticed that more and more people are starting to use magnesium oil and I was wondering why. So I asked it to a guy who’s a credible source. He has used steroids in the past (he doesn’t do them anymore) and claimed that this was better than steroids. I became really curious so I gave it a shot because you can buy it for a relative cheap price. I don’t want to crush some people’s dreams but I won’t turn you into the next Arnold Schwarzenegger. Aw BOO HOO HOO, the struggle is real.
Winning is really one of the greatest feelings in the world. But did you know this can increase your testosterone levels?
Winning and competing is what separates the men from boys, avoiding competition will put you automatically in a losing position.
I have a work out partner and a cardio partner and with both the same thing happens.
Alcohol is probably one of the most popular drugs in our society . Can this boost testosterone? Can it lower testosterone? People link alcohol to hangovers but can’t you link it to more than this? Most people claim that they don’t need alcohol but those are the ones who’re drinking alcohol first. They don’t need it but are more happy than a dog that’s going out for a walk when they see alcohol. They just don’t bark and jump from excitement.
A Sparta run is fun, there’s no doubt about that. In my one of my last articles I talked about running and how it can influence your testosterone. You’ve learned that there are some great forms of cardio but also some really bad forms.
I know that many people like to participate in an obstacle run at least once in their life. It’s something that most people put on their bucket list the minute they’ve heard from it. You can do these runs without any preparation but your body will thank you if you do some preparation in advance.
Plastic is everywhere these days, we almost can’t escape from it. Plastic bottles, food in plastic containers, plastic lunchboxes… It’s cheap and easy to make and that’s why this is such a popular chemical. I had to make several forms of plastic in High School in chemistry. These were a piece of cake even for us. Another advantage is that it isn’t breakable in comparison to glass. I’ll always drink out of glass or metal containers. I’ll only drink water out of plastic bottles when I visit people. Do you even know BPA? Most people don’t even know it, let aside the dangers.. It has been linked to several forms of cancer but there are studies who debunk this. In animal studies they’ve found a possible link between BPA exposure and a later increased risk of cancer.
Nuts are probably the most recommended food when you’re on a diet. But “don’t lose your nuts” sounds cooler than “Eating nut are you nuts” doesn’t it? I was originally planning on doing a post on nuts and testosterone but what I found wasn’t what I expected. I always thought that nuts would increase testosterone and that’s why I kept eating them.
Recovery is one of the most important and neglected part in people their training regimen. You’ll get injured and get frustrated but injuries are just a part of sports. I recently suffered from bruised ribs but I kept on training. No pain no gain am I right. I just couldn’t do everything but it was bearable as long as I put tons of ice on it. But last Thursday I’ve got a setback. The pain in my ribs became a bit more unbearable and I got a new injury.
