Testosterone is a pretty cool hormone to be honest. It affected my whole life in a good way; but it did more than burning fat and helping me hold on to muscle mass. I already wrote a post about how it inflicted your body in general. In this post I’ll go into depth on how testosterone influenced my personal life. Note that the results may vary from person to person. Your surroundings play a big influence too.

He destroys his opponents psychologically; their minds are beaten before the game even begins. You’ll get what I mean later on in this article.

Ladies and gentlemen Conor McGregor is what we call a real alpha male. His story can be an inspiration for many among us. You just need two things: first of all you’ll need high testosterone and second of all the right mentality.
Stress is mostly linked to the negative aspects. People will think about their nagging boss, life at home, work,…. The list goes on and on since people can’t deal with it. It seems like they almost forgot that it can protect you and therefore can be a good thing.
The comfort zone is pretty interesting to be honest. It’s the zone that puts you gently to sleep. The zone were can stay as long as you want without realising that you’re unhappy. Most people avoid a challenge or anything that looks too hard to complete. People skip the gym after just one week just because they don’t like it.
But now you can do two things
- Accept the fact they don’t like it
- Ask why they quit and don’t take their bullshit excuse for an answer
